Consultancy
ROCC has a group of approved independent consultants with significant management experience of the not for profit sector including collectively, voluntary and statutory service experience as well as work with all the recognised vulnerable service user groups. In addition each consultant brings individual specialist skills to bear on the work and is carefully selected by the Chief Executive for each project undertaken by ROCC.
Each consultant has had to produce references and undertake a trial assignment to ascertain the quality of their work before becoming ROCC approved.
As ROCC consultants are self employed, they are able to provide independent and objective services on behalf of ROCC for our clients in the voluntary and statutory sectors.
Approved consultants formally contract with ROCC and this includes their adherence to a Code of Conduct to ensure that the client gets a consistently high standard of service. All contract negotiations are conducted with the client by the CEO to ensure that the schedule of works is specific and meets the client's requirements before the work starts.
The ROCC consultants proactive approach ensures that the client is fully informed of any developments as they arise and final reports are always second edited to ensure high standards of written work are maintained.
For information on current charges, please contact Nichola Goom or Mike Ballard. The charge covers all travel, preparation and administration plus 2 copies of any report. Block contracts can also be negotiated.
