Irene MacWilliam
Irene has over 9 years experience as an independent consultant, working with ROCC on a variety of projects over that period. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an NCVO Approved Consultant.
Irene’s work at individual, group and organisational level encompasses external supervision to individuals and teams; group facilitation and training; planning and managing organisational change and development. She has conducted a number of organisational and service reviews, using Best Value and Social Audit approaches.
Other work over the past year includes researching user involvement in strategic planning with a focus on women in supported housing projects (through ROCC); designing and delivering management development programmes for Andover Mencap, the Hampton Trust, Turning Point; team development with WACA and ROCC; conference planning and facilitation for MIND.
Prior to becoming a consultant Irene was national Management Development Manager at Stonham Housing Association. She has also been a Board/ Committee Member of the national Pregnancy Advisory Service and several smaller organisations.
