Consultancy Services

ROCC has substantial experience in all aspects of consultancy work, working with all sizes of provider and authority on every part of the supported housing and care sector. Examples of services provided include:

Independent service reviews and evaluations
Feasibility studies and option appraisals
Reviews of policies, procedures and practices
Business and strategic planning assistance

ROCC also has experience assisting clients with topical issues including supporting providers with changing government agenda requirements such as Supporting People having carried out a Monitoring and Review project as well as a Consulting with Hard to Reach Service Users project.

Consultancy projects for specific client groups have also been undertaken within the wider socially excluded group. To take an example, ROCC carried out a review of services for Teenage Parents and was part of the research and development of a Value Improvement Project into homelessness provision.
