Lisa Redwood

Lisa has been ROCC’s Main Programme Training Manager since July 2008. Prior to that she had direct social care experience as a manager of services for a Housing association, working primarily with ex offenders.

Lisa manages all of ROCC’s main programme training and development provision which comprises mainly of short courses delivered to front–line social care staff and managers. She also delivers a number of these courses. This provides her with the regular opportunity to keep in touch and up to date with the needs and concerns of front- line staff. She also meets regularly with organisations to address specific identified needs.

Lisa holds a diploma in Social Work Practice Teaching and an NVQ Assessors Award; she has recently completed her NVQ Internal Verifiers Award.
