Steve Osborne

Stephen qualified as an accountant in 1984. After qualification he joined his first Housing Association and remained in the Charitable Housing Sector until he joined ROCC in 2006. He has worked for several large and medium sized Associations in London and the South East region. During his career he has gained experience of all financial aspects of the various Housing Association activities.

Stephen currently works part time ensuring all of ROCC's accounting records are up to date. Should members have any concerns regarding invoices or require copies, please contact him at stephen.osborne@rocc.org.uk

He can supply advice on various financial issues, including budgets, management accounts and other more technical aspects. He is also an experienced Excel user and can provide assistance with spreadsheet usage.
