Jon Harris

Jon has been working for ROCC since July 2005 and has been involved in a large amount of varying types of work. From January 2010 until March 2011 Jon is soley working on a project for the Youth Offending Team as Strategic Housing Manager

Previously having worked for a government agency before a return to university, Jon was employed to administer the accreditation work ROCC Trading Ltd was carrying out across London in collaboration with HgO Consultancy Ltd. As this partnership was successful in gaining further contracts, Jon’s role became more involved, to the point that he was actively engaged in the assessment of information; financial, procedural and organisational, submitted in relation to this process.

Jon has subsequently been involved in the wider business planning of the charity and trading company, written tenders for new pieces of work and carried out consultancy tasks including strategic reviews of individual services and client groups. For example, Jon undertook a strategic review of a local Foyer with other ROCC staff, which involved both wider policy and good practice research and the interviewing of service users, employees and local stakeholders.
