Another piece of work ROCC carried out recently was an Audit on Communication within the Supporting People programme in Oxfordshire. This audit involved looking at developing more effective communication systems to ensure all parties involved are communicated with in the most effective way. This involved attending Service User meetings within provider organisations throughout Oxfordshire and also seeking the views of the organisations themselves, as well as carers and the Supporting People Team. The final report was well received and has given rise to the introduction of a service user group which develops communication material for the Supporting People Team to disseminate to both organisations and service users.
