ROCC has a solid history of, and reputation for, delivering cost effective training to staff working in social care and support and offers a main core programme as well as in- house commissioned training.

Commissioned training can be devised and organised to meet an agency's specific needs which could vary from a management development programme for new managers to a one-off course in a particular issue or subject area.
ROCC training is delivered by a combination of ROCC staff and a number of approved trainers who are employed by, or who have previous experience of employment in services similar to those of our member organisations.
