Commissioned Training

ROCC training is delivered by ROCC staff and a number of approved trainers who are employed by, or who have previous experience of employment in services similar to those of our member organisations.

We are able to design and/or arrange the delivery of training or learning events specifically tailored to your needs. This can be in the form of single courses or we could organise a whole programme for you. We could also organise coaching, mentoring or an action –learning set. All of these can be organised to take place at a venue of your choice or at our training room in Southampton.

We could also help with a training and development needs analysis and in helping you decide what the most cost-effective option would be in meeting those needs. In addition, we hold information on other training and trainers which we are always happy to pass onto members.
