Suitable for: All staff working in Supporting People funded services who may be involved in self-assessment exercises using the QAF or in preparing evidence portfolios prior to validation visits.

Course Aims and Objectives

This highly interactive course will take you through the do’s and don’ts of the new QAF. Having a good QAF score is vital to your service, both in terms of keeping your contract and tendering for new business; as we move forward it will become an essential marketing tool for personalisation. Many organisations understand the importance of this framework, and are providing excellent services, but not all understand how best to evidence this through the QAF. Whether you are new to the QAF or are experienced in completing the old QAF this course is an essential. It will help you complete the self-assessment form via the eQAF and prepare your evidence portfolios prior to validation visits. This course aims to help staff:
