Suitable for: Staff who work within floating support or other housing related services or staff who are likely to come into contact with clients with rent difficulties or issues.
Course Aims and Objectives
The course provides practical knowledge and tactics to enable participants to aim both to minimise arrears and to maintain the tenancies of those who may also have difficulties with their rent. It covers the issues faced by the tenants in both social housing and privately rented accommodation.
