Course Aims and Objectives
Objectives for the course are:
- For participants to develop an understanding of the principles behind effective keyworking.
- For participants to be introduced to a range of tools that aid assessment and care planning.
- For participants to understand this within the context of Supporting People requirements of evidence for care planning
Trainers for this course
Nigel Keir
Is the Training and Development Manager at ROCC. He has held training positions in the Civil Service and for the National Association of CAB. He has also managed mental community support services. Nigel holds a diploma in training management and is currently studying for an MSc in the Management of Voluntary Organisations.
