Course Aims and Objectives
The day looks at triggers of anger and clients responses to them, in order to develop better strategies for managing them. By the end of the day, participants will have:
- Identified the differences between KNOCKS, WIND UPS & PUMPS
- Explored strategies for managing KNOCKS, WIND UPS & PUMPS
- Identified appropriate language and practiced modes of relating in volatile situations
