Course Aims and Objectives
By the end of this course participants will:
- Be aware of the main health and safety legal requirements for employers and employees.
- Be aware of the main health and safety requirements for Supporting People.
- Have considered the health and safety issues for staff working with vulnerable people in different service settings.
Trainers for this course
Nigel Keir
Is the Training and Development Manager at ROCC. He has held training positions in the Civil Service and for the National Association of CAB. He has also managed mental community support services. Nigel holds a diploma in training management and is currently studying for an MSc in the Management of Voluntary Organisations.
