Groups

District Inclusive Forums

District Inclusive Forums are held on a quarterly basis and are open to anyone who has an interest in the Supporting People Programme. These meetings are held three weeks before the County Core Group and allow providers, stakeholders and service users to put forward their views on the papers which will be going to the County Core Group. They are also an opportunity for attendees to raise any issues they may have on a local basis. Views from this meeting are taken forward to the District Core Group by the ROCC Provider Representative, and to the County Inclusive Forum by a representative of the group.

District Core Groups

District Core Groups are for statutory stakeholders of Supporting People. They are the local decision making body and include representatives from Housing, Social Services, Probation and Health. The group then has a representative who sits on the County Core Group to represent that districts views. Providers are represented at most districts by ROCC who ensure that providers interests are represented and that any views raised at the District Inclusive Forum are taken to the District Core Group.
